An enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join an employer of choice in an experienced team (Portsmouth / remote)

My client are an employer of choice in the local area with a proud history of serving the community across different business areas.

Your new role

As Recruitment Advisor, you will join an experienced team and report to a supportive Recruitment Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position based in their Portsmouth office, but offers 2-3 days / week working from home beyond your induction.

This role will deliver an effective end to end recruitment solution across one of the business areas and head office, focusing on improving the quality of hire and candidate experience.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have proven experience of delivering an effective resourcing service in a high volume, multi-site environment, demonstrating a passion for recruitment with a hands-on approach to all aspects of the role. These include: creating adverts, sourcing candidates, assessment / selection, candidate management, collaborating with managers etc.

3 years+ experience in an internal recruitment / talent acquisition or agency role will be considered.
