A global, industry leading accountancy firm is looking for a number of Recruitment Advisors to join their UK team. The Recruitment Advisor will partner a designated area of the business, managing the recruitment process end to end. Additionally, the Recruitment Advisor will align their work to firmwide priorities around diversity and sustainability.

You will be supported by specialists across the recruitment lifecycle including administration, screening, sourcing and interview scheduling. A fantastic opportunity for someone to work flexibly and benefit from coaching to develop new skills and progress your career.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a key business partner to your stakeholders, offering advice on best practice defining a sourcing strategy to deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio
  • Deliver appropriate recruitment plans based on knowledge of recruitment methods and concepts
  • Add value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge
  • Use a variety of assessment methods e.g. competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, technical testing and assessment centres
  • Advocate for D&I, review sourcing and attraction methods to ensure they are attracting a diverse pool of candidates
  • Maintain understanding the key players in the market, mapping of relevant markets and actively tracking careers of the people we want to hire
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management whilst managing recruitment volumes

The Candidate:

  • Proven recruitment experience preferably gained in-house, however agency backgrounds will be considered.
  • Solid experience of recruiting direct candidates from a variety of sources is needed - headhunting candidates directly for vacancies, resourcing candidates from job boards, recruitment portals etc.
  • A desire to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • The ability to build strong and effective relationships, delivering at times difficult messages, will also be key.
