My client is looking for an interim People Business Partner for at least 6 months with a strong Learning & Development focus to support the transformation within the business. Acting as the Learning & Development Subject Matter Expert for the business globally, you will also act as a hands-on HR Business Partner.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the Learning & Development Subject Matter Expert for the business globally
- Manage the monthly learning sessions, open to all employees globally; coordinating the content, facilitating, communicating, and ensuring session is accessible
- Manage the ongoing Mentor programme, including refocusing the programme to make it more diverse
- Drive the development of business specific training / competence content on business specific learning platforms
- Act as an integral member of the small People team, in conjunction with colleagues, implement global / local HR management processes and best practice in alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Profile
Successful candidate:
* Demonstrable experience within People Functional area / L&D
* Experience creating/implementing Learning and Development programmes that support Business transformation
* Experience implementing D&I initiatives
* Comfortable in fast paced, agile environments
Job Offer
Up to £250 a day (DOE)
Immediate start date
Minimum 6 month contract
Remote working until Jan, hybrid working from 2022
