Description

An Benefits Manager (Interim) to:

- Develop, implement and communication of benefits and well being services.

- Agreeing contractual terms

- Manage costs for the business

- Manage relationships with external suppliers

- Ensure benefits comply with relevant regulations

- Design and deliver the companies benefit approach

- Deputising as required

Profile

A successful Benefits Manager (Interim):

- Desirable Experience within an SME business or the Financial Sector

- Experience of full end to end benefits management

- Strong Project Management experience
