Job Details
A leading international law firm based in The City are looking for a Partner Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Partner Recruitment, this role will have a focus on co-ordinating the recruitment process for partner hires. Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Head of Partner Recruitment and wider partner recruitment team to provide administrative support for all partner hiring processes
- Managing onboarding process for partners in London
- Monitoring and recording all stages of candidate's progress from introduction to offer stage
- Assisting the advisors on scheduling interviews, on a global basis
- Coordinating agency relationships, terms and conditions and database of contacts
- Liaising with partners, executive search agencies and candidates on recruitment matters
- Maintaining candidate files and records
- Managing travel arrangements for candidates
As Partner Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience working within a recruitment function
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to juggle competing tasks with ever moving components
