Job Details


A high profile professional services organisation is looking for an ER Manager to join their employee relations team. The ER Manager will advise individuals, the business and business-facing HR teams in handling a wide range of employee relations matters.

Duties:

  • Manging the full spectrum of complex case management activities
  • Leading and/or contributing to organisational change programmes and TUPE
  • Supporting wider HR project activity
  • Policy development and other communication activities.
  • Manage independent investigations, producing or reviewing high quality investigation reports and preparing documentation when required
  • Working with senior stakeholders to resolve capability issues
  • Support the end to end process for high level/sensitive terminations/exits, including drafting settlement agreements and liaising with external lawyers
  • Work with the Management Information team to develop and provide detailed reporting on ER activity to identify trends and to enable the business to make informed decisions in line with reporting requirements.
  • Develop and support the delivery of ER-related learning

Requirements:

    A highly experienced manager with a track record of applying current employment law to managing complex ER cases and related risks A sophisticated understanding of broader HR best practice Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to lead, facilitate and manage complex cases and multiple stakeholders end to end Experience of working in a professional services firm would be an advantage Demonstrate a willingness to support and cover for other team members as required to provide a seamless service to the business.
