Multiple roles available for experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiters - Hybrid working up to 50% homebased
About your new role
Working as part of an internal talent team, you will be engaging with hiring managers across the business to define and scope out IT workforce needs. Using your IT recruitment knowledge, you will help lead and advise hiring managers on current recruitment trends. You will then actively source candidates, as well as working closely with third party suppliers such as recruitment agencies, to ensure that the business has the right people in place at the right time. Utilising recruitment software, you will ensure that all vacancies are tracked and suppliers are meeting their agreed timelines. This is a great opportunity to become a true partner to the business in a role where you will have the ability to gain a deep understanding of the IT business unit.
What you will need to be successful
We are looking for experienced IT / Cyber recruiters who have either in house or agency recruitment experience and have extensive experience of direct sourcing, as well as liaising with third party suppliers. You will need great communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
