Your new role
The role holder will lead a range of activities to support the delivery of several highly visible programmes across the business in the UK and more broadly across the EMEA Region, in alignment with the global DE&I Strategy. Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and project managing the implementation of several key DE&I initiatives locally, while also supporting global priorities.
  • Consulting with the local business leaders and People team in developing and integrating DE&I initiatives.
  • Play a key role in the coordination and collaboration of communications and alignment with the People priorities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for a number of high-profile DE&I initiatives, specifically supporting our approach to advance these, by identifying the key actions needed to implement across our business.
  • Assist in identifying key priorities for DE&I activities across the UK and EMEA businesses.
  • Attend and represent the DE&I team at various local and national leadership meetings.
  • Support efforts to build relationships with various local and regional diversity council organizations

The successful candidate:
Will have proven experience of working as a D&I Advisor within a complex global matrix business and will be able to share best practice and cutting edge D&I approaches. You will also be able to demonstrate:
  • HR Project delivery experience, from conception through to implementation, including successful implementation of DE&I initiatives
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience of creating and delivering a clear vision for DE&I

It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 3 month contract.
