Engagement Advisor, salary up to 42k! Hybrid working. Leeds office base.
Your new company
A large, well known utilities company is recruiting to a new Engagement Advisor job to support with the development and implementation of colleague engagement initiatives aligned to the people strategy.
Your new role
Working across the leadership team, management tiers and with the HR business Partners you will help drive a positive colleague experience for everyone. You will be pivotal in the creation, implementation and evaluation of all engagement communications and initiatives, acting as a coach and consultant across a range of stakeholders. You will collaboratively create the colleague engagement plan, which will include creating a framework for existing colleagues across the whole business, evaluating and influencing the onboarding and induction activities for new colleagues, and working closely with the reward and recognition team to promote a high achieving environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be hugely passionate about people, an advocate of continuous improvement and have a good understanding of colleague engagement, motivation and morale. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise across a range of stakeholders. Experienced in delivering excellent stakeholder communications and engagement activities, right from planning through to execution, you will take an outcomes-based approach to activities.
