Resourcing Administrator

Salary: £21,000


Offices based in London and Birmingham but can be based anywhere in the UK

We have a fantastic permanent position in a widely acclaimed charity who strive to make a significant impact, with an inherent view to work with compassion and dedication in everything that they do.
You will use your initiative, experience and skills to support the resourcing function with the administration and post offer documentation and checks in line with the client's Recruitment and Selection policy and best practice guidelines. Ideally you will have had exposure across a healthcare setting as the position will be supporting this sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete all post offer documentation for candidates that have been offered a position. This includes completing and issuing letters of employment, contracts of employment, start date and addendum letters, reference checks and medical referrals.
* Administering and checking DBS records ensuring relevant referrals and compliance where required.
* Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all involved in the recruitment process.
* Support Resourcing function by providing Hiring Managers with candidate details for applications for their vacancies that have been received through the applicant tracking system when required.
* Support Resourcing function by facilitating recruitment assessments.
* Ensure Agenda items for meetings are drafted, collated and shared in a timely manner. Ensure actions and taken and communicated.

Experience Required:
* Demonstrable experience of Recruitment or HR administration in particular processing contracts and new starters.
* Demonstrable experience in processing high volumes of work.
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
* Demonstrable experience of HR and Recruitment compliance (Right to Work and DBS checks).
* Experience working with applicant tracking systems or databases, preferably iTrent.

Skills Required:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to understand the needs of the role and priorities work effectively.
* IT Literate in Microsoft Office, databases and applicant systems.
* Flexible and adaptable style.
* Empathy with mission, objectives and values of client.
* Ability to understand the needs of the role, be adaptable and flexible.
