A leading, specialist legal firm, one of Europe's largest, is investing in their HR and L&D teams as they continue to grow. As a key part of their business strategy they have established a new Learning & Development (L&D) function to ensure all staff have access to the very best learning and development offerings that meet the current priorities and future needs of the business. This is a crucial role within the team that will primarily support the L&D function to further enhance and develop the learning curriculum hosted on their new cloud based Digital Learning Platform.
Your new role
Working closely with the L&D Specialist, you will manage the technical and functional day to day operational aspects of the Digital Learning Platform, including future platform configuration and learning curriculum design.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has managed and developed a Digital Learning Platform, Learning Management System or Human Resource Employee Self Service Portal previously, or worked in a similar eLearning system administration capacity. You will have the ability to produce meaningful MI/analytics for a variety of stakeholder audiences, excellent IT skills including advanced MS Excel, Teams. You will have a detailed understating of the Learning Cycle, organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and commitment to deliver on deadlines and priorities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
