HR Business Partner - Oxford -£55,000 - £60,000 -12m FTC - very flexible remote working.
New role within a medium sized consulting firm Services about to embark on an exciting change programme.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business partner with a broad portfolio of generalist HR skills who has some solid experience in change management.
You will work with the HR Director and senior management to support and guide the organisation through change, whilst working with the HR team to provide operational HR support across a broad remit.
Initially a 12m FTC, the role has scope to extend or even potentially go permanent.
Skills and experience required:
*Solid HR generalist experience in an HRBP role.
*Experience of supporting and guiding line managers through change .
