Job Details
The HR Business Partner will develop and implement a range of HR policies and processes in line with the business strategy, as well as delivering a range of HR projects. The role will also be responsible for dealing with employment law queries, tackling disciplinaries, TUPE, as well as managing redundancies and tribunals.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage strategic HR activities and initiatives
- Deliver high quality HR generalist support, including employee relations and advising on HR policies and procedures
- Take the lead on implementing employment law and HR best practices
- Deliver change and strategic consulting, performance management, reward management, people development, and talent management resourcing
- Work effectively as a member of the wider HR function, building strong and productive relationships across the organisation
- Coach line managers and influence as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes
Profile
- CIPD qualified - ideally Level 7 or currently undergoing
- TUPE experience
- Experience of UK Employment Law
- Previous experience in dispute resolution
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence and challenge line managers and employees
- Results-orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement
Job Offer
- 12-month contract
- Hybrid working model (2-3 days on site per week)
- £210.00 - £220.00 day rate
