The HR Business Partner will develop and implement a range of HR policies and processes in line with the business strategy, as well as delivering a range of HR projects. The role will also be responsible for dealing with employment law queries, tackling disciplinaries, TUPE, as well as managing redundancies and tribunals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage strategic HR activities and initiatives
• Deliver high quality HR generalist support, including employee relations and advising on HR policies and procedures
• Take the lead on implementing employment law and HR best practices
• Deliver change and strategic consulting, performance management, reward management, people development, and talent management resourcing
• Work effectively as a member of the wider HR function, building strong and productive relationships across the organisation
• Coach line managers and influence as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes

Profile

• CIPD qualified - ideally Level 7 or currently undergoing
• TUPE experience
• Experience of UK Employment Law
• Previous experience in dispute resolution
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence and challenge line managers and employees
• Results-orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement

Job Offer

• 12-month contract
• Hybrid working model (2-3 days on site per week)
• £210.00 - £220.00 day rate
