Your new company
You will be working within a multi-site trust to help provide analytical feedback which will be used to improve the services provided.


Your new role
This role will work closely with a HRBP and the HR Director to deliver an agreed schedule of people performance reports. You will develop analytical reporting for managers to understand and interpret people data in order to improve overall performance and the services that are offered across the trust. You will ensure that planning and forecasting cycles are met and detailed with total accuracy. You will recommend improvements to reporting processes, implementing change where beneficial to the trust. You will research and report on new service products to increase the value of data insights throughout the organisation.

• Able to deliver reports independently
• Be able to build effective working relationships

What you'll get in return

• £35,000 plus benefits
