Oakleaf are partnered with an established and respected Asset Management firm in their search for an experienced HR Professional to take ownership of an HR Project to review and advise on the improvements of HR policy. This role will work in collaboration with the broader internal HR stakeholders, Legal Counsel and external parties, for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and completely evaluate existing HR policy, advise on improvements and amendments in line with the business strategy and initiatives around diversity & inclusion
  • Update terminology of HR policy in line with legal frameworks and regulations
  • Utilise knowledge of HR policy and Employee relations to consult and review accurately
  • Leverage internal HR stakeholders, and work in partnership with Legal Counsel and third parties to redraft and propose amendments and improvements
  • Review current portfolio of company benefits

Key Skills:

  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of HR policy is essential
  • Experience reviewing and drafting HR policy
  • Awareness of employment law and legal requirements
  • Experience in Financial or Professional Services would be beneficial
  • A motivated and autonomous working style

Hybrid working available office in Central London.
