Full time HR Administrator required for a 12 month Fixed term contract based in Runcorn. Immediate start.

Your new company
My client based in Runcorn is seeking a professional HR Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be working for a global manufacturer and based on site.


Your new role

The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with working hours of Monday to Thursday 8-5, Friday 8.50 - 2pm

The purpose of the position is to provide administration support to the wider HR team
Be confident with building successful working relationships with all stakeholders. Must have strong administration skills in order to ensure that important activities are completed within timescales and have a positive approach to providing excellent customer service in a confidential manner.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too

Administration support to the HR Manager
Dealing with agencies, timesheets (Admin), note taking, creating handbooks, contracts, offers, letters.
Provide day-to-day HR administration support at all levels of the business.
Ensuring that employee data collected & stored in personnel files and other mediums is up to date and stored in line with date protection guide lines, and Company confidentiality policy.
Daily maintenance of the Time keeping & Attendance system, this in turn feeds into sage payroll, and provides monthly production hours reports and absence reports.
Coordinate and support the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring that no form of discrimination occurs at any stage of the selection process.
Procurement of cost effective and the issue of work wear i.e. trousers, polo shirts, & cold weather clothing.
Coordinate on site Medicals for all new starters and 2 yearly reviews, ensure that any follow-up appointments are booked, liaise with onsite occupational health service







What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work proactively, creatively and efficiently and have an understanding of key employment legislation.
Ideally wanting to develop your career within HR
Studying towards CIPD
