A leading construction company based on the outskirts of Leeds is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their Talent attraction and development team, due to growth and expansion.
Your new role
Supporting the recruitment team, you will be involved in all administration activities in the attraction and recruitment of talent across all job roles within the company. You will manage the advertising of vacancies, coordinate the interview and assessment processes, get involved in the onboarding and new starter process as well as all other administrative and organisational support required by your department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent administrative and office based experience, ideally having already working in an internal or agency recruitment support role, or a general HR admin job. You will have excellent communication skills, able to confidently and professionally speak with a range of different stakeholders, and have very strong IT / systems skills. Knowledge and experience of GDPR would be an advantage.
