The company boasts a world acclaimed education arm and excels in training and support for its members. Experience in the recruitment industry is preferable.

You will assist the resourcing team and play a pivotal role in helping find exceptional and diverse talent for the company. You will be responsible for helping the team run steadily and efficiently by helping with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help with coordinating candidate interview feedback
  • Assist candidates through the entire recruitment process
  • Coordinate all logistics of onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews
  • Complete the offer letter and post offer documentation for candidates that have been offered a position, including contracts and references
  • Be part of assigned team projects and initiatives

Skills required

  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry, preferably 1-3 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and able to multitask with various tasks often needing to be done at once
  • Able to work collaboratively in a large team
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to deal positively with change and is able to adapt effectively
  • Solid customer service skills
