You will be responsible for ensuring learning needs are identified and matched with appropriate, relevant and cost-effective solutions to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to perform effectively in their current and future roles

Client Details

Michael Page HR are currently recruiting on behalf of a financial services client in Birmingham who are looking for an exceptional Learning & Development professional to join them on a contract basis. West Midlands. Learning and Development Partner


  • Identify and agree learning and development requirements in support of effective delivery of Project/Programme objectives.
  • Plan, initiate and monitor the analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of learning solutions
  • Engage and manage external supplier delivery on relevant learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the impact and benefit of the solutions implemented.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Learning and Development Partner


  • Relevant Learning and Development qualification (CIPD or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience in change management and / or project management.
  • Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those at an executive level.
