Your new role
In your new role, you will be reporting to Head of HR, work closely with Senior HR Advisor and Deputy Head of HR. You will be exposed to a range of different functions including, supporting the HR Department with payroll, employee benefits, recruitment, HR systems and general HR functions.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have experience in the banking industry and HR, robust experience in payroll, operations and general HR functions. Be a quick learner, ability to communicate with different level staff and additional duties that you contribute to your professional development.
