Reward and Regulations Manager

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Responsible for the interpretation and satisfaction of regulatory and governance requirements impacting remuneration both in the UK and internationally (UCITS, AIFMD,IFPR, Solvency II).

• Responsible for the identification of Material Risk Takers across all the regulations
• Lead on regulatory reviews and implementation of any new regulation and changes to existing regulation
• Preparation of annual regulatory compliance reporting and due diligence activities
• Lead on annual review of remuneration policy (both at a Group and local level)
• Preparation of Board and Remuneration Committee papers
• Coordinate responses to internal audit reviews of remuneration and manage closure of resulting actions.
• Advise and provide reward support to line managers, employees on regulatory reward matters and policies.
