Job Details
Key Responsibilities for this role:
Responsible for the interpretation and satisfaction of regulatory and governance requirements impacting remuneration both in the UK and internationally (UCITS, AIFMD,IFPR, Solvency II).
- Responsible for the identification of Material Risk Takers across all the regulations
- Lead on regulatory reviews and implementation of any new regulation and changes to existing regulation
- Preparation of annual regulatory compliance reporting and due diligence activities
- Lead on annual review of remuneration policy (both at a Group and local level)
- Preparation of Board and Remuneration Committee papers
- Coordinate responses to internal audit reviews of remuneration and manage closure of resulting actions.
- Advise and provide reward support to line managers, employees on regulatory reward matters and policies.
