Client Details

A well respected Shoreham-By-Sea based client are seeking a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

Description

HR Advisor, key duties:

  • Provide operational and commercially strategic HR advice
  • Identify opportunities to support client groups to achieve their business objectives through HR initiatives
  • Proactively manage all ER issues, providing guidance and coaching where necessary, including disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, parental leave processes, etc
  • Provide support to managing absence and liaise with line managers, offering constructive solutions to attendance issues
  • Prepare, analyse and disseminate data such as management information, reports, and HR related communications using a variety of presentation tools
  • Key liaison between HR and payroll, supporting day to day queries through to wider payroll projects
  • Support international HR activities
  • Review HR processes, policies, and procedures for ongoing improvements
  • Participate in project work as and when required

Profile

  • CIPD Level 5 ideal and working towards Level 7
  • Solid employment legislation knowledge
  • Knowledge of working within an international HR environment is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits process
  • Proven experience of ER activities and processes
