Permanent Role

A great opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a legal firm in Leeds. The HR Business Partner will work alongside the recruitment team and the compensation and benefits advisor within the function. This role will be responsible for all generalist matters for part of the fee earning business and corporate functions. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering on key strategic HR projects as well as day to day management for the HR Assistant and Compensation and Benefits Advisor.

Duties:

  • Providing HR advice and guidance to partners, managers and employees
  • Ensure all HR policies, systems and processes are fit for purpose
  • Take an active part in the firm's annual salary review and bonus processes
  • Provide guidance and advice on ER and staff wellbeing issues
  • Leading the firm's annual appraisal and ongoing performance management processes
  • Actively engage in the firms talent and diversity agenda

The HR Business Partner will have a proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and will be capable of thinking strategically to analyse issues to identify and implement creative solutions.
