HR Advisor

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a multinational mining company on their search for a HR Advisor to join their high-performance team.

In this role you will support the HR Business partner and provide all HR Generalist advice and services to all areas of the business globally and facilitate the improvement of leadership and technical expertise by aiding the design and implementation of people systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
* To support the effective implementation of HR policies and initiatives
* Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and be responsible for the full employee lifecycle
* Liaise with various other HR teams in global locations
* Supporting various key HR projects
* Complete all associated HR administration in a timely manner
* Support a range of Employee relations matters to resolve cases in good timing
* Employee benefits management
* HR data, reporting and analytics
* Working collaboratively as part of a team

What's needed:
* Strong HR Administration and coordination skills
* Educated to degree level
* 3+ Years experience in HR
* An understanding of large organisations and how they work
* Strong communications skills
* Strong organisational skills
