Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a FTSE 250 Tech Business based in Buckinghamshire to secure a Learning & Development Executive (focusing on Delivery).

The business has offices across the US and UK with nearly 2,000 In headcount.

Sitting within a team of six, you will be working closely with the sales team to ensure all L&D content is delivered in a timely manner. The business has 12 new cohorts joining per year, it is down to this person to ensure they are fully inducted and enrolled onto relevant skills training. All content is designed, the focus for this role is to ensure it is delivered on time. Its extremely high volume and fast paced so similar experience would be preferred!

Day to day duties:

* Facilitation and management of a minimum of twelve group cohorts through hybrid induction, supporting recruitment of ~300 new employees each financial year. It will require a candidate who can be flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment.
* Be responsible for administering, hosting and facilitating the tailored induction programmes for sales, services and business operations. Ensuring the relevant skills, knowledge and behaviours are adopted quickly and effectively.
* Management of the US induction, working closely with internal teams to create a bespoke offering.
* Developing bespoke inductions for more senior new starters in the business
* Excellent delivery skills supporting the learner's engagement, in a blended learning environment.
* Provide support to individuals through one-to-one coaching as well as group workshops.
* Develop relationships with new starts to be supportive and offer guidance and advice where required.
* Evaluate induction content and material on a regular basis, making improvements to align to business change and growth, including successful implementation of the new hybrid induction model.
* Work closely with the recruitment and IT team to support the onboarding of all new employees within the business.
* Work with the Early Careers L&D Team Leader to ensure the onboarding and induction experience meets the requirements of key stakeholders.

Experience required:

* Demonstrative experience in an L&D role (relevant experience in design, implement, deliver and review),
* Experience running sales induction is desirable.
* Articulate; ability to confidently explain methodologies and manage sensitive conversations.
* Experience in helping others to develop and apply a different way of thinking.
* Driven for results, enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactively spots opportunities for positive change.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a keen desire and ability to develop and maintain relationships with different personalities across the business.
* Strong delivery skills with a focus on engagement in learning.
* Able to juggle multiple tasks, set own deadlines, prioritise and deliver against them. Is driven to meet targets on time whilst maintaining a focus on quality work.
