NEW HR Coordinator role, working for a worthwhile charity in Leeds, flexible working arrangements available

Your new role
As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and management of key projects in line with the HR People Plan and ensure that all projects are delivered and rolled out to deadlines. You will be the HR systems expert (Cascade) and provide support and guidance to stakeholders when using the system. You will be heavily involved in writing and updating policies and procedures, in conjunction with the HR Advisor, in line with the HR People Plan and strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will come from an HR background, with a keen eye for detail, and experience of developing and maintaining a HR database. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (equivalent to Foundation level) or with relevant experience. Great organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise a changing workload are essential along with a passion and desire to make a difference.
