Salary: £20,000 plus bonus and development opportunities
Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be assisting this global telecommunications company in their search for a HR Administrator.

A thriving and ever changing business, it is due to growth and demand that this newly created role has come about and will join an already well established HR team.

This role comes with a variety of responsibilities that always ensure that not one day is ever the same. From issuing employment contracts, change of employment letters, supporting the onboarding of new starters, system updates you will need to have excellent attention to detail.

As well as the administration you will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders across the Business and be the first point of contact for any colleagues.

Responsibilities and duties;

*Responsible for delivering a professional and confidential HR administrative support service to the HR team and the wider business.
*Accurately maintaining people-related data and electronic files.
*Updating the HR database, accurately recording and monitoring data.
*Monitoring holidays, probationary periods and sickness triggers, providing meaningful data and reports.
*Supporting the employee life cycle with the administration of contracts, reference, right to work checks and initiate and track pre-employment screening via a third party.
*Organising and supporting a diverse range of events for our teams to celebrate.
*Complete and process all change letters
*Provide advice guidance and administration of Statutory Leave and pay.
*Ensure Starters, Changes, Leavers, Absence and Temporary payments are processed on time


This role will suit an HR Apprentice looking for their first HR Administrator position or an experienced HR or Recruitment Administrator who is looking for further development in their HR career.

Experience and qualities required;

*Experience of working within a HR operational team as an administrator, or with the potential to develop in role
*Good knowledge of MS Office
*Strong customer service orientation
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Hands on approach and self-starter
*Positive attitude
*Team player
