Regional HR Advisor role covering the South
Client Details
The client is in the Construction sector
Description
As Regional HR Advisor you will be responsible for;
- Delivering a proactive and efficient HR service in region
- Drive best proactive and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage ER casework
- Support with annual HR events
- Support with Recruitment processes
- Assist with Project work
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have proven experience at HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager level
- Minimum CIPD L5 qualified
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to provide sound advice on ER and Employment Law matters
- Be willing to go on-site 4 days a week and 1 day visiting other sites on patch (sites are based in the South)
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Competitive salary up to £40k
- £6k car or car allowance
- 2% annual bonus
