The client is in the Construction sector
Description
As HR systems manager you will be responsible for;
- Assisting with HR Change Projects
- Provide support with introduction of new HR systems
- Line management of HR & Training Assistant and HR & Recruitment Assistant
- Ensure both direct reports deliver an effective training and recruitment function to the business
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop HR software o ensure maximum ROI
- Build strong relationships with key project stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Proven track record managing HR systems (their current system is iTrent, but this is not essential)
- Track record managing small HR team
- Experience in HR projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willing to go on site 5 days per week
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Competitive salary up to £40k
- 10% annual bonus
- Can offer flexible hours but must be on site 5 days per week
- Chance to get involved in a wide variety of HR projects
