Your new company
A Multinational Insurance Company, looking for a credible and proactive L&D Advisor to join a L&D Team of 2. The reputable Insurance company is fast growing, with a current headcount of 700. They have offices all over Europe with a headcount of 300 across France, Spain, Denmark and many more.

Your new role
In your new role you will, Partner with the HR team and business leaders to identify learning needs, advise the business and design development solutions tailored to the needs of the business, Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions and generate analytics to provide stakeholders with data on the impact of L&D projects and Build effective business relationships with key members of the business and become a trusted point of contact to managers and employees for L&D questions.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have relevant L&D Experience- designed and conducted training sessions for different level staff, previous experience in facilitating L&D events/ training virtually, advanced data analysis skills and be comfortable with international travelling.
