Page Personnel are partnering with a forward thinking manufacturing business based in Chester, who are looking for an innovative HR Advisor to join their growing team. The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for providing support across the entire human resources function

Client Details

This business is an award winning manufacturing company who have been established over 30 years.

Description

Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, the successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing operational support to the senior management team and wider business
  • Advising management on issues relating to the human resources department
  • Taking responsibility for employee relations, including disciplinarians, grievances, and absences
  • Working with managers as the first point of call for the entire employee life cycle
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure
  • Maintain employee records to provide the HR Manager with relevant reports and information
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 or a willingness to work towards
  • At least 2 years experience of working within a similar role
  • Experience of working within the manufacturing sector would be desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail is essential
