A fast growing Financial Services firm (FinTech) based in the City of London seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead in a unique opportunity for a passionate people person to own their space. Someone who enjoys autonomy, is creative and candidate led will thrive in our client's People Team. Unlike conventional Resourcing roles, our client is not focused on corporate KPIs or cutting external costs.

Description

A Talent Acquisition Lead to:

  • Be integral in helping create, maintain, and deliver an engaging and thoughtful recruitment process that leaves a lasting impression on all who apply
  • That process will feed into creating an external employer brand that will in itself help our client attract the very best talent
  • With a keen eye for improvement, our client will be looking to you to apply your commercial appreciation of recruitment practices and processes, direct applications, and the development of our client's brand
  • Engagement is key to making a good process work - so you will build long-term relationships with the business, and positive touch-points with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead on key Talent projects to help our client attract, interview and hire the best people! These projects could vary from implementing an assessment platform to building a more automated recruitment life-cycle
  • Effective use of the CRM to build & manage live talent pools across the business

Profile

A Talent Acquisition Lead with:

  • Direct sourcing experience, specifically within tech, product, design; you're always looking for new ways to find the best talent (from agency or in-house)
  • A background within, or working with, start-ups or scale-ups with an interest in the technology sector
  • You're experienced in managing multiple recruitment campaigns and being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of resources
  • You have managed stakeholders, built meaningful relationships with your hiring teams and advised them on best practices, market insights, and recruitment strategies
  • You have a passion for Employer Branding and providing the ultimate candidate experience, going above and beyond to ensure every candidate has a positive experience - understanding the benefits of a strong brand, and the pitfalls of getting it wrong!
  • As a fast-moving organisation, there will be lots of opportunities as our client continues to grow - so a desire to be involved in a multitude of projects is an absolute must
  • Good communication is always a must for a good recruiter - but our client is not looking for someone to just agree, they want someone who will challenge, inspire and speak up positively
  • Our client has plenty of growth to go through as a business, so any experience of hiring within the US would be an advantage
