Talent Acquisition Specialist Essex / Remote working £40K
Your new company
An international organisation based in Essex requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will source talent for a variety of roles across the organisation using various sourcing methods. You will work with a busy Talent Acquisition team to source candidates to fill roles and to build a talent pool of highly skilled individuals to drive strategic goals for the business. Experience in direct sourcing is essential. You will have strong administration skills and be happy spending lots of time on the phone building relationships and networks and engaging candidates. Additionally you will provide high levels of candidate care and management throughout the recruitment lifecycle including administration, interview process and continuous feedback as well as creating social media content for use in recruitment marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a background in Talent Acquisition, Internal or agency recruitment. You will be proactive and experienced sourcing skilled individuals. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
A permanent position with an international organisation based in Essex. Salary of £40,000 & bonus and 26 days holiday & Bank holidays. This role can be worked remotely or from the office in south Essex
