A Professional Services business based in Leeds

Client Details

A well established Professional Services business based in Leeds.


  • Partnering your key business area of approx 200 employees you will be responsible for delivery of the HR strategy.
  • Managing and influencing key stakeholder relationships in order to drive HR strategy/initiatives.
  • Managing change a cross you business area including ways or working, structures, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coaching and guiding stakeholders on all aspects of the HR remit.
  • Delivering a trusted HR partnering service to your senior stakeholders in your business area.
  • Salary review and bonus, performance
  • Supporting specialist HR teams ER, Recruitment, HR Administration


  • Have previously worked in a Professional Services or a similar sector for a significant period of time
  • Have operated as a strategic HRBP
  • Have partnered/influences and managed challenging key stakeholder relationships
  • Can work as part of a wider HR function
  • CIPD qualified

Job Offer

  • Salary £50,000 - £55,000k
  • Blend of office based Leeds/work from home
  • Occasional UK travel required as part of the role
  • Excellent benefits
