Based in office full time

I have partnered with a multinational Investment Firm as they look to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their London Recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition team act as an internal consultancy to the business and work closely with all the direct hires focusing on Investment Banking, Wealth Asset Management, Trading / Sale and Equity Research. This would be a perfect role for someone with a strong agency background who have at least 2 years in an in-house function.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a consultant to the Hiring Managers on the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions, determining sourcing channels, interview process & offer structure and negotiations
  • Proactively driving direct sourcing by using multiple recruiting channels
  • Taking a lead on the branding of the organization to attract the best talent
  • Collaborating with your team members in London and the USA to develop a global, efficient, and successful recruitment function
  • Working as part of the wider international recruitment team on cross-business projects and select global initiatives
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Orchestrate successful recruitment processes for Executive Hires
  • Participation in the graduate recruitment processes

Skills:

  • Previous experience / passion of recruiting into the Financial Services world
  • Extensive experience within an agency background
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to identify, source & contact the best 'inactive' candidate
  • Work within a fast paced team
