Oakleaf Partnership have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join one of the UK's best known media brands on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into the Group Head of Reward your responsibilities will include:
* Working on and supporting with cyclical reward activities including annual salary and bonus reviews, benchmarking and budgeting
* Assisting with any M&A work
* Supporting with benefits and pensions related work when required
* Working on a number of different projects through the year including supporting with the Workday implementation
We are looking for an experienced compensation professional who has strong data analytics skills and is open to supporting on benefits work. International experience is preferable.
