As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will partner with the SLT to design and deliver the organisational people strategy for your business unit

Description

My client seeks a proven operator at a senior level, who can build solid relationships quickly, with experience of driving a 'performance vs continuous improvement vs wellbeing' culture. Experience in leading talent management programmes from grassroots to SLT is also essential.

As a HR Business Partner you will have responsibility for all people related activities, within your business area. You will work closely with the divisional lead and leadership team on day to day HR activities, as well as delivering the people strategy and playing a pivotal role in its development at local level.

The role will be based in Manchester and covers a Northern multi-site geographic area. Hybrid working is on offer

Profile

To be considered for this HR Business Partner appointment you will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner / senior HR Generalist, within an autonomous role, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-centric business, ideally within not-for-profit, healthcare, social enterprise etc. Strong ER experience is a must. You will have proven experience and a strong toolkit in the following;

  • Trade Union relationship management
  • TUPE (in and out)
  • Organisational Design
  • Recruitment
  • Talent & Performance Management
  • Culture & Engagement

You will be adept at working on operational/day to day HR activities as well as more strategically. You will be a self-starter with demonstrable resilience and experience of working with leadership teams to implement and drive change. Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor and coach to the management and leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

Job Offer

This role will pay up up to £55,000 per annum, and a suite of benefits. The organisation offers hybrid working.
