Talent Adviser

A leading global law firm are recruiting for a Talent Adviser to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Management, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Coordinating and advising on the global promotion process
• Working with Practice HR leads to deliver talent pipeline data
• Facilitating the global headcount review process
• Managing the quality of talent pipeline data and providing analysis
• Coordinating a 360-feedback process for partners
• Responsibility of team budget, including planning, tracking and maintaining
• Providing project management support for Talent Management and Culture & Change projects
• Tracking data and information relating to Talent Management processes and projects and keeping project plans up to date

As Talent Adviser, you will possess:

• Genuine interest in developing talent in a commercial context
• Proven excellence in organisational skills in a complex and demanding professional environment
• Project management skills and experience of seeing a project end to end
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Strong education levels
• Excellent MS Office skills
