Job Details
A leading global law firm are recruiting for a Talent Adviser to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Management, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Coordinating and advising on the global promotion process
- Working with Practice HR leads to deliver talent pipeline data
- Facilitating the global headcount review process
- Managing the quality of talent pipeline data and providing analysis
- Coordinating a 360-feedback process for partners
- Responsibility of team budget, including planning, tracking and maintaining
- Providing project management support for Talent Management and Culture & Change projects
- Tracking data and information relating to Talent Management processes and projects and keeping project plans up to date
As Talent Adviser, you will possess:
- Genuine interest in developing talent in a commercial context
- Proven excellence in organisational skills in a complex and demanding professional environment
- Project management skills and experience of seeing a project end to end
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Strong education levels
- Excellent MS Office skills
