Page Personnel are partnering with a global law firm based in the centre of Liverpool, who are looking for a HR Business Advisor to join their team. The HR Business Partner will provide HR advice and support to managers, partners, leaders and employee across the UK.

Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Management of employee relations cases, including advising and coaching managers, applying specialist expertise and judgement
  • Providing HR advice to key stakeholders, acting as a key decision maker within HR processes
  • Managing sensitive and complex information in accordance with GDPR
  • Actively share knowledge to ensure best practice
  • Proactively contribute to the development and improvement of processes
  • Development and delivery on in house training programmes
  • Keeping an up to date knowledge of changes to HR legislation
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The siuccessful HR Business Partner will be:

  • CIPD Level 5 is essential for this role
  • At least 5 years experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail is essential for this role
  • Excellent problem solving ability
