Reporting to the Head of Reward & Wellbeing, we have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager – Compensation & Benefits. Working within this small, friendly, highly performing team alongside our Reward Manager – Benefits & Wellbeing, you will be responsible for delivery of the entire operational Reward agenda, including designated project work. You’ll need to have at least 3 years+ of solid reward experience, be a Willis Towers Watson job evaluation practitioner, and have some tangible experience in managing annual compensation cycles, group risk benefits and pension. On top of that, if you’ve a real desire to further your career in Reward and you enjoy a challenge, then this role could be perfect for you!
