This large public sector organisation which operates across the UK are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their busy team on a permanent basis. They are looking for a strong recruiter who understands what needs to be done to deliver a solid recruitment strategy.

You will need to have good in-house recruitment experience, either within the public sector or a commercial sector background. You will be producing videos, media and using innovative and usual ways to recruit into the organisation and bring new talent on board. They are looking for someone who is very forward thinking and likes to think outside of the box.

You will be regularly dealing with senior stakeholders, designing, and engaging different recruitment strategies. You will want a long-term opportunity and to stay within the organisation and grow with them. They are looking for a passionate candidate who will have a positive impact on the company and cares for their organisation and the needs within the organisation and wants to bring in the best kind of people.

The role is remote working mostly, with occasional travel to the midland's sites, maybe once a month and it will be key to travel to any career fairs or related events. It is an incredible organisation that really cares for the well being of its employees. This role is standalone and involves no managerial duties. You will work alongside the Recruitment Business Partner.

Duties of the role include:

  • Manage the delivery of a portfolio of talent projects that are focused on attracting, retaining and developing talent across specific talent programmes.
  • Work across the talent team and wider HR to effectively scope projects and own the effective delivery of projects from conception to implementation.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure talent initiatives meet directorate requirements and support people plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on talent acting as the point of escalation for complex queries.
  • Provide oversight of talent management programmes supporting Senior Advisors - Talent in the delivery of programmes by ensuring that programmes are delivering against their objectives and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support HR and the wider business in enhancing capabilities across all areas of talent, making sure that all have the right tools and information in place to deliver talent objectives.
  • Contract manage a portfolio of suppliers including procurement of suppliers and the ongoing management to manage deliverables.


There will be 1 stage of interviews for this role and it will be on the Monday the 22nd of November.
