As they continue to roll out Workday internationally, they are investing in their HRIS team and are in the market for a HRIS - Workday - Analyst. In this role, the HRIS Analyst will report to the HRIS Manager and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Workday / HRIS services to the SLT and employees on a global scale. The HRIS Analyst will provide day to day support and also support with the business transformation.
The HRIS team is looking for a HR Analyst with excellent working knowledge of Workday, including HCM, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Payroll as well as configuration on Workday- they do not outsource / delegate everything and thus the requirement for configuration experience. The People team has a lean structure, dynamic feel and is in growth mode - this HRIS role will suit a professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, busy environment and due to the collaboration with the HR Leads, CoE and the wider, international business on Workday mattes it is important also that the HRIS Analyst has strong communication skills.
Package includes £50,000 base salary, 10% - 15% bonus, 2 / 3 days WFH, private healthcare and excellent DC pension scheme as well as softer benefits.
