Page Personnel HR are working with a manufacturing company in Bredbury, Stockport. They are recruiting for a Part-time HR Manager to join and support the company and take on a pivotal role in shaping the HR function. The role involves providing advice and guidance to key stakeholders to ensure day-to-day HR operations are carried out efficiently in line with legislation.
Our client are a growing company as world leaders in their field in the manufacturing industry. They have offices in Bredbury and have an exciting opportunity within their growing HR team for a Part-time HR Manager.
The key responsibilities for the Part-time HR Manager are providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and sickness, managing a caseload of ER interventions, supporting with note taking, assisting with inductions, onboarding, offer letters and new starter checks, monitoring key dates and KPIs, building and driving the company culture, ethics and values, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, reviewing, implementing and managing company benefits, delivering coaching and training to managers and supporting recruitment activities. The role is based in Bredbury, Stockport.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in generalist HR at a similar level
- strong knowledge of employment law
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to buiild strong relationships with people at all levels
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- computer literate with MS Office and HR systems
Our client offers an FTE of £35-40K, part-time hours, good benefits, development opportunities
