I'm currently working with a leading national property business to recruit an interim HRIS Implementation Project Manager on an initial 12 month FTC. If you are a HR professional with experience of being the lead in sourcing, right though to the implementation of new systems, this would will be an interesting, high profile and varied role.

Client Details

Leading and innovative property business. The role can be hybrid working but you would ideally need to be in the Bristol office (central, in walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads - 1/2 days a week)


The right candidate for the role will be an experienced interim HR Professional who has excellent systems experience. You will ideally have:

  • Experience of full end to end HR technology implementation from evaluating client requirements, drafting RFP, choosing a new provider, data migration, configuration, UAT, parallel runs and integration.
  • Provide recommendations and advice based on a depth of experience in the HRIS Industry and previous assignments
  • Proven experience in change management during high profile projects
  • Motivated and high energy in managing multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm to motivate and mentor internal project teams, superusers and stakeholders
  • Payroll knowledge and experience of outsourcing or in sourcing desirable
  • Able to travel to Bristol head office 1/2 times a week when appropriate


You will be able to deliver a HR consultative approach throughout the project due to extensive HR knowledge and experience in HRIS implementations. You will ideally have extensive experience in project managing multiple HRIS implementations across a variety of vendors under strict deadlines and business needs.

Job Offer

£70k - £80k + Benefits - 12 month FTC initially with potential extension.

Candidates must be able to start within the next month.
