Were seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor, HR Generalist to join a busy HR team in Southampton
We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor / HR Generalist to work as part of a busy HR department supporting a large public organisation. We are looking for an HR professionals to be working within one of their more complex services, providing some dedicated support to upskill managers, embed good HR/ER practices, pulling together plans / actions for training, recruitment and driving through some of the work which has been started but not yet completed. They would need to link in with the HR Business Partner and wider corporate HR teams (ER / recruitment etc as appropriate but roles is really to give the managers some dedicated support and to ensure capability, accountability and confidence in HR delivery).
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Generalist who has a good experience across a variety of areas of the HR. You will need experience of supporting managers with a range employer relations/ HR Advice, coaching managers upskilling and developing activities and actions to support the Business unit with HR delivery.
Level 5 / Level 7 CIPD
Ideally experience of large complex unionised environments
This role will be offered on a temporary contract basis via Hays for an initial 6 months contract.
The role also offers a hybrid working pattern with onsite presence circa 2-3 days per week.
