Page Personnel HR are working with a company in Wilmslow who have exciting plans for growth. They are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join an established HR team and have full responsibility for a UK region. The role focuses on employee relations and managing the employee lifecycle. This is a permanent role that offers hybrid working.

Our client are one of the UK's largest independent health care providers. They have a fantastic reputation within their industry and have exciting plans for growth. They boast a well-established HR structure and they're looking for an HR Advisor to join and support one of the UK's regions with the whole employee lifecycle. They offer hybrid working for this permanent role. Their offices are based in Wilmslow.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor are providing first level advice on people issues, providing template letters to managers, maintaining personnel records and trackers, assisting the recruitment team with onboarding processes, completing occupational health referrals, assisting payroll with collation of changes, new starters and leavers, assisting with personnel file audits, preparing offer letters and contract of employments, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing absence and performance, supporting HRBPs with change management. The role is based in Wilmslow.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in an HR Advisor role
  • strong knowledge of employment law
  • experience with employee relations
  • CIPD qualification desirable not essential
  • ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • computer literacy with MS Office and HR systems

Job Offer

Our client offers a salary between £25-30K depending on experience, excellent holiday allowance and benefits package, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)
