The successful HR Assistant will be working on site Monday - Friday and will be involved in a fully transactional based role, which will include supporting with attendance reports, maternity and paternity pay, carrying out pre screening activities including right to work checks, and processing leavers which which will include responding to resignation letters as well as arranging exit interviews.

Client Details

Our client are a well known food manufacturing organisation based in West Yorkshire who have been around since 1853. They are now looking for a HR Assistant to join them on a full time, interim basis.

Description

The successful HR Assistant will be working on site Monday - Friday and will be involved in a fully transactional based role, which will include supporting with attendance reports, maternity and paternity pay, carrying out pre screening activities including right to work checks, and processing leavers which which will include responding to resignation letters as well as arranging exit interviews.

Profile

The successful HR Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Demonstrable knowledge within HR Administrative duties including processing leavers, conducting background checks, and supporting with maternity and paternity pay
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work load effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with managers and stakeholders

Job Offer
