Resourcing Advisor - Internal Recruiter, up to £30k pa + benefits, Bristol. FTC. 5% bonus end of assignment.

Your new role
Responsible for all specialist and volume end to end recruitment activity for UK Support Centre and functions. Resourcing responsibilities include:

  • Manage end to end recruitment activity, prioritising workload via sound commercial rationale and an appreciation of business needs
  • Support, advise and guide stakeholders on all go to market recruitment strategies and candidate generation methods to improve time to hire and cost per hire
  • Proactively utilise all available social media platforms for headhunting/proactive search in tandem with advertising, with a mindfulness of complimenting marketing activity and ensuring an 'on brand' feel
  • Drive stakeholder involvement and input into recruitment strategies to maximise peer-to-peer engagement benefits and encourage input of local networks
  • Make recommendations to rapidly alter, redirect recruitment strategies for an open role when facing challenges or lag in time to hire
  • Drive improvements to and make effective use of the current recruitment system
  • Own, manage and negotiate recruitment PSL, agency and supplier relationships. Establish and manage SLAs
  • Independently manage all key internal stakeholders, raising issues at the earliest opportunity that impact the candidate journey or might prevent a successful outcome
  • Upskill internal stakeholders on their own interview techniques and candidate management/control tactics to drive consistency in candidate experience
  • Deliver an effective service in relation to pre-interview screening, testing and assessment of suitability
  • Establish and monitor performance and governance metrics
  • Create and effectively managing talent pools
  • Responsible for all recruitment related compliance and adherence with legislation, including GDPR, eligibility to work within the UK
  • Manage the careers site and hub

  • Strong candidate management skills, candidate control skills, negotiation and influencing skills
  • The confidence to work in partnership with key Internal Stakeholders, ensuring win:win strategies are implemented, and issues identified and managed in a timely fashion
  • Willingness to 'push back' where required
  • The ability to work with recruitment data to spot trends and issues in processes/recruitment tactics
  • Commercial awareness, the ability to prioritise workload based on business needs
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative, as well as being highly team orientated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Can adapt to the changing needs/demands of the business
  • Competent with recruitment data and metrics
  • Knowledge of UK employment law
