Organisation Development (OD) Partner
Salary: £250-£300 per day
Temporary: 3-6 months

Our client, a government body with a professional and open communicative HR team, are seeking an Organisational Development Partner who will be able to work collaboratively and use their expertise to maintain their excellent results. You will be tasked to take a lead role in arranging events, creating communication content, and developing training programs in order to embed a dynamic and diverse company culture. To maximise the company's performance and outcomes you will need to merge various elements such as the policies and values so the business can run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
* Advising on how the organisational design and structures could be improved
* Aim to drive culture change, talent management and succession planning
* Assist the digital team in training the staff
* Develop new ways for staff progression, as well as expanding the company's apprenticeship and training programs
* Designing values and behavioural interventions
Skills required
* CIPD qualification
* Previous experience as an OD professional
* Able to create change and engagement strategies
* Ability and experience in leading/managing a team
* Can analyse complex evidence and develop solutions
* Strong organisational skills and able to multitask with various tasks often needing to be done at once
