Resourcing advisor
Hourly rate: £18-£25
Temporary: 3-6 months
1-2 days in office
Our client, a government body with a professional and open communicative HR team, are seeking a Resourcing partner who will be able to work collaboratively to maintain their excellent results. You will assist the resourcing team and play a pivotal role in helping find exceptional and diverse talent for the company. You will be responsible for helping the team run efficiently by helping with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain candidate databases
* Assisting the team while conducting the interview process
* Source potential candidates using online platforms
* Advertising roles on job boards
* Liaising with shareholders
* Make sure all documents are updated and correct, including but not limited to references and right for work checks
Skills/experience needed
* CIPD or equivalent knowledge
* Two years experience resourcing experienced
* Able to work collaboratively in a large team
* Strong organisational skills and able to multitask with various tasks often needing to be done at once
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* Able to deal positively with change and is able to adapt effectively
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
